Tastes awesome ( if u like Hajmola, Heeng Peda, Jeera Goli) It's well and said in trie senses that weight and inch loss ain't happens with a magic trick . What I did and observed in a span of 14 days roughly is ... I LOST 1.6 Kgs while taking 2 tabs one in the morning empty stomach and one at bed time complimented with Loads of Fruits Atleast 3+ litres of water walking 10k to 13k steps a day ( morning, post lunch and post dinner walk = 13K) mild work of day today life like brooming, jumping on stool or slab to fetch things, cleaning my car, and other vehicles some other mobility. secon most Important part...
