1. Take 1 glass of warm water
2. Add a pinch of dry ginger powder
3. Add a pinch of asafoetida powder
4. Add a pinch of black salt
5. Mix well
6. Drink once a day to get relief

NATURAL  HOME REMEDY USING BLACK PEPPER, DRY GINGER, AND GREEN CARDAMOMS

1. Take 1 glass of warm water
2. Add 1 tsp of black pepper
3. Add 1 tsp of dry ginger powder
4. Crush 2 green cardamoms to powder
5. Add ½ tsp of this cardamom powder
6. Mix well
7. Drink 1 hr after every meal

NATURAL HOME REMEDY USING GINGER AND LEMON JUICE

1. Cut fresh ginger into slices
2. Soak these slices in lemon juice for 1 hr
