Guduchi Ayurveda – Diabetes Reversal Program Refund Policy

At Guduchi Ayurveda, we respect your decision if you wish to discontinue the Diabetes Reversal Program (DRP). To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a structured refund process. Any participant who chooses to drop from the program is eligible to apply for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Refund Process
If you wish to discontinue the Diabetes Reversal Program (DRP), please follow these steps:
1. Request a Refund - Raise the request during your consultation with the DRP Doctor and collect the Refund form.
2. Fill the Refund Form -
Complete the Refund Request Form with:
- Date of Joining
- Date of Exit
- Amount Paid
- Bank Account Details
- Submit the completed form at the Pharmacy.
3. Verification and Processing
- Our team will verify the details.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–6 working days of form submission directly to your registered bank account.
Refund Calculations
The refund amount will be calculated as:
Refund = Amount Paid – ₹2,000 (Program Onboarding Fee – non-refundable) – (₹223 × Number of Days in Program) – ₹ EMI Cancellation Fee (including applicable subvention charges)
- Program Onboarding Fee (₹2,000): Covers consultation, onboarding, and administrative costs.
- Daily Deduction (₹223 × Days): Accounts for program usage until the date of exit.
- EMI Cancellation Fee (including Subvention Charges): Applicable only if the program was enrolled under an EMI payment plan. Any applicable subvention charges incurred for the EMI transaction will be deducted from the refund amount as part of the EMI cancellation fee.
- Medication Return: All unopened/Opened Guduchi Ayurveda medicines supplied must be returned at the time of refund.
Important Notes
- Refund applies strictly to the duration of the program enrolled. It does not cover future health conditions, maintenance plans, or unrelated treatments.
- Refunds will only be processed after return of medicines and completion of all required formalities.
- Refunds will be made only to the bank account provided in the Refund Request Form.
Legal Disclaimers
- Program Outcomes: The results of the program depend on your commitment, consistency, and individual response. Guduchi Ayurveda supports you fully in your diabetes reversal journey, but outcomes may vary.
- Non-Refundable Fees: The Program Onboarding Fee (₹2,000) is non-refundable in all cases.For patients who have opted for the EMI payment option, Subvention fee (Varies individually) as per loan agreement will also be deducted and is non-refundable.
- Liability Disclaimer: Guduchi Ayurveda is not responsible for lack of results if protocols, medicines, or lifestyle changes are not followed.
- Medical Advice & Risks: Guduchi Ayurveda focuses solely on diabetes reversal. Patients with pre-existing conditions are advised to consult their primary physician before joining. Guduchi Ayurveda is not liable for outcomes affected by such conditions.
- Fraud Prevention & Misuse: Providing false information, incomplete disclosures, or attempting to misuse the refund policy will lead to permanent disqualification from refunds.
- Policy Modifications: Guduchi Ayurveda reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy without prior notice. The latest version at the time of the refund request will apply.
