Dosage:-
20ml juice with 20ml warm water at bed time.
Caution:-
- The very rare side effect is loose stools in some people with its high dosage, which may be due to its laxative action.
- Excess intake may cause gastric irritation. Also if large amout of water is not taken along with this arista, it may cause mouth ulcers.
- During pregnancy, it is best to avoid this / take this only under medical supervision.
- During lactation period, it can be taken in lower doses, based on doctor’s advice
