Description

A cough is a sudden expulsion of air through the large breathing passages that can help to clear fluids, irritants, foreign particles and microbes. As a protective reflex, coughing can be repetitive with the cough reflex following by inhalation, exhalation, glottis.

Frequent coughing usually indicates the presence of a disease. Many viruses and bacteria benefit, from an evolutionary perspective, by causing the host to cough, which helps to spread the disease to new host.

G-cof syrup is a remedy for Productive Cough. It is mainly consisting of vasa Swarasa which is rich in anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, and expectorant properties. It reduces chest and nasal congestion gets rid of excess sputum and stops nasal discharge*

Ingredients: Vasa Swarasa, TulasiSwarasa, Dhattura Swarasa, Shunti Swarasa, Bhringaraj, Kantakari, Pushkaramoola, Bharangi, Yastimadhu, Shunti, Pippali, Sugar

How does it work:

Vasa Swarasa: It contains rich concentration of alkaloids. The prominent alkaloids found in leaves is the quinazoline alkaloid known as vasicine. Also, root has deoxy vasicine, monotone these are responsible for broncho dilatory effect.

Tulasi Swarasa: It has anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti –fungal activity that includes activity against pathogen responsible for human infection.

Dhattura Swarasa: Famed as a traditional remedy for all sorts of respiratory troubles. Due to its anti-inflammatory, expectorant, and anti-spasmodic properties, the entire plant holds high significance in treating all sorts of respiratory problems including cold, cough, flu, whooping cough, asthma, bronchitis.

Shunti Swarasa: Useful in treatment of asthma and chronic disorders.

Dosage:

10ml twice a day after food
