Wonderful Supplement it is and completely with natural ingredients. Tastes awesome ( if u like Hajmola, Heeng Peda, Jeera Goli) It's well and said in trie senses that weight and inch loss ain't happens with a magic trick . What I did and observed in a span of 14 days roughly is ... I LOST 1.6 Kgs while taking 2 tabs one in the morning empty stomach and one at bed time complimented with Loads of Fruits Atleast 3+ litres of water walking 10k to 13k steps a day ( morning, post lunch and post dinner walk = 13K) mild work of day today life like brooming, jumping on stool or slab to fetch things, cleaning my car, and other vehicles some other mobility. secon most Important part... Nutrition Including loads of fruits to my diet Eating optimum carb ( mix veg porridge , Mix veg oats , other forms of daliya , Mix aata chapati - 2 sometimes) having boiled paneer or paneer ki sabji And loads of daal, sabji. best part - I occasionally eat namkeen, gaanthiya , bhel poori too and chocolates too) So... Doing all this along with guduchi obesidat 2 tabs - Morning 1 Empty Stomach and At bedtime ... U lost 1.6 kgs in 11-14 days... guess If I remove Namkeen , Gaanthiya, Bhel ,and golgappe... I WOULD HAVE LOST AROUND 3 kgs. Go For it.... with practical approach on food n exercise and mobility and hydration. 5 Stars. Note: Don't eat extremely spicy foods while using this as that caused Acid Reflux in my chest and lower abdomen.. It's a pill that triggers the amla Agni of the dormant or slowed metabolism. And more of acidic food may cause u acidity, burning . A true Agni Sanshodhak in all senses.
